Sweet Billy Pilgrim, led by singer and guitarist Tim Elsenburg, have become one of the big surprises of the British music scene, compared by the critics to bands of the order of Radiohead and Coldplay. Elsenburg is also a close collaborator both on tour and in the studio with Steven Jansen and David Sylvian.
With two EPs and an album to date, the band are visiting Spain for the first time and will be promoting their new disc which is released on David Sylvian’s Samadhisound label. Somewhere between earthly and ethereal, this latest indie rock revelation has echoes of Blue Nile, King Crimson and Elbow.
