D'HONDT RULE :
Mathematical procedure to allocate seats, according to a proportional system. For each electoral district, the votes obtained for the candidacies are divided into a continuous series of natural numbers (1, 2, 3, ...), called divisors. The seats are allocated in accordance with the magnitude of the quotients obtained. This allocation system tends to favour the most-voted parties, in terms of votes per seat.

DATA PROCESSING CENTRE (CPD):

DATA RECEPTION CENTRE (CRI):

At the CRI, there are telephones that receive data, PDA/Smart Phone data reception systems, recording equipment and incidence equipment.
Declaration of Incompatibility :

Declaration of Large Population Municipality :
Agreement reached by the Plenary of the Assembly on initiative of those Town Councils with a specific population and economic-social or cultural development conditions, on verification of their concurrence.
