Full Member of Parliament Status :: In order to obtain full Member of Parliament status, the candidate must: obtain the seat in the elections, swear or promise to comply with the Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy of Madrid before the Plenary and formulate a declaration of activities. The Member of Parliament loses this condition in the event of death, if declared incompetent by a firm court sentence or by express or tacit resignation of office.
