- LEGAL BARRIER:
- Minimum tally limit established so that a candidacy may concur in the distribution of seats. In general and European elections, this limit is fixed at 3% for each of the electoral districts and, in municipal elections, at 5%, while in autonomous community elections different formulas are applied according to the autonomous community (in the Community of Madrid, the limit is fixed at 5%).
