NOTIFYING ADMINISTRATION:
The Public Administration responsible for calling and organising an electoral process. The Community of Madrid, in the case of elections to the Assembly of Madrid; the Spanish National Government (Ministry of the Interior), in the case of elections to the Spanish Parliament and European Parliament, and the Town Councils in the case of municipal elections.
NULL AND VOID VOTES :
Votes deposited in envelopes or ballot papers different to the official model, ballot papers without envelopes, envelopes containing more than one ballot paper (in case of different candidacies) and ballot papers in which the names of the candidates listed therein have been modified, added to or erased. In the elections to the Senate, ballot papers where more than three names have been marked are considered null and void votes.
