Qualified Majority:
Decision adopted by a number of affirmative votes equal or greater than the fraction of full-right Members of the Assembly, in accordance with the prevailing Regulations or Laws, provided that this number is greater than that of the absolute majority. In general, a qualified majority of 2/3 or 3/5 is required.
Quorum:
Number of Members of Parliament who must be present at the constitution of the corresponding body (constitution quorum), its deliberations (presence or deliberation quorum) or its voting (voting or decision quorum), in order to validate the actions and agreements reached.
