Regulations
Principal, parliamentary law-based rule which regulates the Statute of the Members of Parliament, Groups, constitutive session, bodies, functioning and initiatives and procedures, in addition to the extinction or expiry of the mandate, amongst others. The Regulations are approved and reformed by the common legislative procedure established for law proposals made by the Members of Parliament and Parliamentary Groups, excluding the criteria and procedures for determining conformity of the Government Council. Approval of the Regulation reform proposals requires the affirmative vote of the absolute majority of the Members of Parliament in a final vote of the whole text.
RESULT REPORTS:
Set of documents containing periodic information (votes, seats, etc.) on tally results in the form of lists, tables, charts or other, submitted on paper or by electronic means.
ROLL COUNT:
The sum of voters corresponding to the table count up to a certain point in time. Said sum is normally expressed as a percentage of the total roll. For example, if by 9 pm we have managed to count a certain percentage of tables, this count will also provide us with the corresponding percentage of roll count.
