ENGLISH"I recently heard that the only thing that really matters in this life is what happens between two people who are in the same room." This is how the text for this piece begins, in which Ede, under the pretext of presenting her latest album, FIERALINDA, uses her songs to create a framework in which stage composition, dramaturgy and music are all equally integral to the experience of putting on a concert. Co-directed with Celso Giménez, a theatre director with over 20 years’ experience in national and international theatres and one of the founders of La Tristura, this sonic journey – ranging from the intimate to the electronic – highlights how, even in this hyper-virtual age, we still long to gather in the same room to listen to music together.
After months on tour and a series of trials and stages in this exploration of the stage, Entra con cuidado y quédate a bailar arrives at the Autumn Festival, with the aim of bringing together the best of that entire process and presenting the culmination of this journey in Madrid, the city where the project began.
Ede has carved out her own path within the Spanish music scene, combining sensitive songwriting with a deeply physical stage presence. Her training in musical theatre and dance is well suited to this hybrid form of performance. After collaborating with Xoel López, Ismael Serrano and Club del Río, he released her debut album, Lucero, in 2022. But it was with her second album, Fieralinda (2025), that she caught the attention of the creative scene. This work is divided into two contrasting yet complementary aspects: Fiera, an album of electronic tracks, and Linda, featuring acoustic melodies. Following its publication, Ede staged a nine-hour performance at the Espacio Mistral in Madrid, combining dance, acting and music with guest artists.
