Synopsis

In a small Spanish village a uranium mine is opened in the 50s to supply the nuclear demands of the Cold War. The arrival of the contingent of miners and their families brings wealth to the town and the opening of Cinema Spain. From the mouths of the mine workers and onlookers, this documentary recounts what happened there until it was shut down in 1975 and, in parallel, the story of the family who owned it.
