Antesalas

The main novelty introduced by ÁGORA is the Antesalas series—an introduction to each artist’s or production’s universe through the creation of a context prior to the performance. These will serve “as spoiler-free spaces where, without conditioning the audience’s perspective, key insights will be offered into the artists’ personal poetics and the references that inform their work,” explains Álvaro Vicente.

Vicente himself will host these brief talks 30 minutes before the following performances: Cachorro de León, by Conchi León (November 7); Coup Fatal, by Alain Platel (November 8); F*cking Future, by Marco da Silva Ferreira (November 15); Hasta encontrarte, by Vicky Araico (November 21); My Fierce Ignorant Step, by Christos Papadopoulos (November 22); and Edipo: Nadie es ateo, by David Gaitán (November 23).
