The Community of Madrid supports a wide range of audiovisual industry events and festivals in the Madrid region.
A commitment by the Regional Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport to promote professional meetings in the industry and to increase the exhibition opportunities for audiovisual production. This line of work has the aim of attracting national and international events on fiction, animation, VFX or short films, as a platform to also showcase the advantages of the region of Madrid, while offering local companies and professionals the opportunity to make contacts and reach agreements to develop their projects.
The Community of Madrid, through its Advisory Board for Audiovisual Industries and Film Madrid, participates in different national and international markets and festivals to promote Madrid as an audiovisual production hub and filming location.
