We want to share great experiences in the stalls, complying with the specific regulations for the containment of Covid-19, with safety and with all the guarantees. To this end, the various theatres and venues that host the 38th Autumn Festival programme have implemented the necessary measures to make the halls a safe place. You can consult them here:
Mandatory use of a mask at all times.
Hydroalcoholic gel available in accesses, common areas and toilets.
Temperature measurement when entering the premises.
Both entry and exit will be made in an organised and gradual manner.
The interpersonal safety distance will be maintained.
Seats assigned with the required safety distance.
Capacity limited to the health regulations in force at any given time.
Programme available on the festival and theatre websites, as well as through QR codes at different spots within the venue.
Doors opened in advance for orderly access and seating.
Once the show has started, it will not be possible to access the hall.
Disinfection of the hall and facilities before and after each performance.
Room ventilation and installation of air purification systems.
The cloakroom will remain closed.
Please follow the directions of the hall staff at all times and avoid crowds in the common areas.
We recommend to purchase tickets online and pay by card whenever possible.
• In the event that a performance or activity has to be suspended due to new containment measures implemented by the health authorities, the amount of the previously purchased tickets will be refunded and each viewer will be informed of the corresponding manner and time period for the refund.
• In the event that we are forced to reduce the capacity of the halls, the availability of tickets will be maintained up to the maximum capacity allowed at any given time. If this was exceeded, the strict order of purchase date will be followed and those people who have to give up their seat as a consequence of this reduction will receive a refund.
• Providing contact details at the time of purchase will be helpful in case we need to contact the public due to any notice or incident.
