Application for filming permits for parks and gardens in the Community of Madrid

The Madrid City Council has its own regulations in the General Ordinance for the Protection of the Urban Environment .

As a general rule, without prejudice to the conditions included in each specific additional licence granted for the occupation of parks and gardens, filming in these spaces shall be subject to the following conditions:

• No activity may be carried out in green areas and gardens unless it can be specifically authorised, due to its characteristics and location.
• The movement and parking of vehicles necessary for filming shall, wherever possible, take place on paved roads.
• Appropriate measures must be taken to protect vegetation, street furniture and decorative elements.
• The occupation of parks and gardens for these purposes on weekends and public holidays should be avoided as far as possible.
